Can members still buy or renew by themselves?
Yes. Members can still purchase/renew services on their own.
Who pays for activations/renewals?
By default, charges deduct from the acting admin's account balance. This keeps existing payment flows unchanged.
When a member leaves, what happens to the plan and account?
The plan on the account stays active until it expires. From the company’s perspective, when an employee leaves, you can reset that account’s password/config and hand it to another teammate; the original user can register a personal account to keep using PandaFan.
